Quick & Easy Vegan chocolate mousse / cream recipe (avocado dessert)

Vegan avocado dessert recipe


This is one of my favourite sweet-tooth staples.
It is absolutely delicious, oh, so easy, yet wholesome and made out of proper ingredients. 
You can make this in less than 5 minutes to fill your cravings or it can be made as a delicious dessert to finish a dinner party. 


You will need: (per person) 

1 ripe avocado 
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder 
something sweet (1 tbsp of vanilla sugar, syrup,4 dates or 1 banana...)
pinch of salt (brings out the sweet flavour)
2 tablespoons of hazelnut milk 
vanilla essence/paste/beans (optional)

* banana makes it larger in volume yet helps it to keep it all-natural and wholesome. 

Steps: 

Heat your hazelnut milk and let the cocoa powder, sugar and salt dissolve. Place in a blender (nutribullet) and add your avocado. Leave on high speed for 20 sec. Taste and add ingredients if any are missing. 

Your chocolate mousse/cream is ready. 
Eat now or let sit for a few hours in the fridge (store it in an airtight container).
